Great relaxing experience. Thank you so much for making our short visit to Volos a memorable one. We truly appreciate how we were able to see so much of our limited time in your city. We kept bragging to our family and friends who took the excursions offered by our cruise ship how we covered so much and most especially in COMFORT in so little time! Unlike many of them who could not even get to high altitude places because they have a hard time walking/climbing. And let us not forget the wonderful cafe you took us to get our short break. People who come visit your city should not miss that chocolate pie (I’m sorry but you have to have it with ice cream) and Greek coffee or chocolate strawberry drink (in our country we call it hot cocoa). We all wished we had more time so we could have gone to see Meteora. But then again, that would be an excuse for us to come visit your city again right. My sister also wanted to express her gratitude for your concern on her well being. Taking time to find a pharmacy so she could buy medication for her cough. Thank you so much. Lovely day in Volos to Meteora and Markinista We had a really great day with Konstantinos from Volos Taxis. He picked us up from our cruise ship first thing in the morning and asked what we wanted to do. We advised we wanted to see a couple of monasteries in Meteora and then get some lunch and then maybe visit Markinista a beautiful village above Volos.We managed to do everything we wanted. Konstantinos was an excellent driver and the vehicle was very clean and modern.We highly recommend Volos Taxis for a private tour.

We were introduced to Dimitris by a fellow traveller on our flight from London to Volos who was staying at the same hotel as us. We shared a pre-booked taxi and were very impressed by the whole experience. The taxi was clean and spacious and Dimitris speaks excellent English. We arrived in the midst of a torrential rain storm and we felt very safe in Dimitris' car with his superb driving skills. The cost was reasonable and we asked for contact details. We contacted Dimitris a few days before our flight home, for the return journey from our hotel in Volos to the airport. Dimitris replied speedily via WhatsApp. He was already booked and arranged for his colleague Christos to drive us. Again we were very impressed by the entire experience.
