My name is Dimitris Vlachlis and I am a self-employed taxi driver out of passion.
My service is not limited to my hometown Volos and the region of Pelion, but I offer transports all over Greece: Whether it is everyday trips, trips for professional reasons or tourist excursions.
My service also includes:
● transfers from / to all airports in mainland Greece
● transports from / to all ports in mainland Greece
● the transport of unaccompanied luggage.

I love my job because I never know what the day will bring. There is no routine: Every day is different and has its own particularity and direction: Today a transfer to Athens, tomorrow to Thessaloniki and the day after tomorrow to the Meteora Monasteries. I have a passion for traveling and I combine my job with that. This allows me to see places that I would never have gotten to without my clients.

As part of my transfer business, I am lucky to meet many amazing people and hear their stories, each of which is unique. I like to communicate – of course, only when my passengers feel like it.

Nothing to say Very good experience, very pleasant and helpful driver, bottles of water provided for the 6 people we were with. Gives a few things to do in Volos and Athens. Only small problem: punctuality, delay of only a few minutes (3-7min) but enough to stress a little. If I had to choose a driver in the future for this trip, I would not hesitate to hire him again.

Excellent experience The best driver! Dimitris waited for us more than hour in Athens Airport. His taxi is new, comfortable and his driving is very safe and friendly. Whenever we called after that and Whenever needed his help, he all the time was amazing and such a high service quality. We are so thankful to Dimitris!

Dimitris literally saved our holidays. Best taxi service in Greece! We were on the skopelos island and our morning ferry to volos got cancelled so only other option was later ferry in the evening but that meant we would never get to athenes by bus on time to catch our flight. I found Dimitris online, sent him email regarding our situation, he replied instantly and we made a deal for a very fair price. When our ferry arrived to Volos port he was already standing there awaiting us with a sign with my name. In his cab he had prepared complimentary cold drink for us which was really nice. The voyage with him was really smooth and quick. As for Dimitris he is really great guy, very friendly and professional so we felt really safe when traveling with him. Without him we would never catch our flight.

3 Days With Volos Taxi Transfer - Dimitris I found Dimitris' reviews from TA to be quite good so I contacted him months in advance four our vacation to Greece. We needed transportation from Thessaloniki to Volos, Volos to Athens Airport and a full day tour of Meteora. Each day Dimitris was early, his car was clean and his driving was very safe. He pointed out the many sights on each transfer and tour for us. Hiring a reliable driver like Dimitris really takes the stress away on your holiday. No need to worry about parking, renting a car, correct paperwork and not understanding basic road signs. Sit back and enjoy the free wi-fi and the beauty that is Greece.

Excellent service I cannot recommend Dimitris highly enough. I sent an urgent request at midnight as I needed to go to Athens airport - my request was answered and confirmed immediately for an early pick up the following day. Dimitris car was incredibly comfortable (even had seat massager) which was very welcome on the long four hour journey. Excellent standard of driving and a very nice person.

EXCELLENT TAXI SERVICE We needed to pre book several taxi journeys. Dimitris agreed a price for all 3 trips which meant we knew what we had to pay. He arrived punctually for each trip with his very clean and tidy Mercedes mini bus. On our last day, the storms hit Volos badly. Dimitris came to pick us up early since the roads were quickly flooding. He managed to get us to the airport safely despite the awful weather and road conditions. Would definitely book him again. He is an extremely good driver and a very nice man too. Very prompt to answer my messages throughout the holiday. Many thanks Dimitris 😍👍

Volos to Thessaloniki Excellent service from Dimitris as always. Our first trip was when the floods had happened in Volos and he kept us updated if he would be able to take us to Thessaloniki Airport. He was so helpful and ensured we arrived safely and in plenty of time. Our second trip was with my frail Mum and he looked after us so well. Arrived on time, comfortable journey and even waited with us at the airport until I could locate a wheelchair. I highly recommend Dimitris and Volos Taxi Transfer.
